Wonderful Experience Let me start off by saying I dislike car shopping. I don't like being pressured by sales people or, at the other end of the spectrum, being ignored (and, believe me, I've experienced both at other dealerships), I dislike trying to figure out what the better deal is or wheeling and dealing to ensure I get the best deal I can. However, I can honestly say that our recent experience at Dartmouth Hyundai was probably the best car shopping experience we have ever had. We walked into the showroom and were greeted by Pam Turner, who immediately set to work putting us at ease. She is friendly, experienced and worked patiently with us as we shopped around for our new vehicle, getting us the best deal she could for our price range. When we finally decided on what we wanted, she handed us over to one of their financial folks, Rodney Greenlaw. who was also very helpful and easy to deal with. On the day we picked up our new car, Pam showed us around so that we'll know where to go when we bring our car in for maintenance, and even took the time to show us how to access and program certain features the car has. We would highly recommend this dealership and, in particular, Pam Turner, to anyone we know who's looking for a new or new-to-them vehicle. More
