Sales process was exceptional I was in Dartmouth Hyundai looking with my in-laws into getting them a new vehicle. I had met with Kris Ettinger, whom I had referred any friend to and he took care of them as well. Sales processes can be intimidating and my in-laws were nervous but Kris made it painless. He took the time to find a vehicle that fit our parameters, took the time to demonstrate, answer questions. One thing which really stood out is his ability to ask questions. I manage a large sales group and part of my effort daily is to train sales people to effectively ask questions and Kris was an expert in this. IN fact, I would be 100% comfortable with him talking to my sales force on asking questions. One of the best I have seen in 16 years in the business. The first vehicle didn't work out price wise. Kris took to finding us another vehicle that would be more in their price range and now were are trying to work through financing. It was amazing just how Kris took the 1st visit and learned from questions and talking with my in-laws, what they exactly wanted and then this 2nd truck was all that. It was a perfect fit. We are working through financing right now and we'll see, but I would certainly go to Kris and would 100% feel comfortable to refer all my friends, family & colleagues to Kris for any automotive sale. One piece of info that is not about Kris, but I did find it odd that we had to keep moving from Kris's desk to a desk with a computer. Why wouldn't all associates have a computer? The dealership was clean and bright, people courteous, but it was hands down Kris's professionalism and personality that would guarantee my future business. More

I don't like being pressured by sales people or, at the other end of the spectrum, being ignored (and, believe me, I've experienced both at other dealerships), I dislike trying to figure out what the better deal is or wheeling and dealing to ensure I get the best deal I can. However, I can honestly say that our recent experience at Dartmouth Hyundai was probably the best car shopping experience we have ever had. We walked into the showroom and were greeted by Pam Turner, who immediately set to work putting us at ease. She is friendly, experienced and worked patiently with us as we shopped around for our new vehicle, getting us the best deal she could for our price range. When we finally decided on what we wanted, she handed us over to one of their financial folks, Rodney Greenlaw. who was also very helpful and easy to deal with. On the day we picked up our new car, Pam showed us around so that we'll know where to go when we bring our car in for maintenance, and even took the time to show us how to access and program certain features the car has. We would highly recommend this dealership and, in particular, Pam Turner, to anyone we know who's looking for a new or new-to-them vehicle. More
