Disappointing lesson learned We, my wife and I, are relatively new customers of this dealership having purchased her 2014 Elantra approximately a year and a half ago. My wife is the only driver of the car and as a result it still has relatively low mileage on it, currently at 22,000 kms. Today when she took the car in for a routine oil change the service person up-sold her to an unnecessary brake check. They told her the brakes should be checked, cleaned and lubricated to make sure there is nothing wrong that could lead to more costly repairs in the future. So a visit that should have been a simple oil change ended up costing $172.00 That IS NOT the appropriate way to operate a dealership and we do not forget. Basically this has ruined a potentially long term relationship. More

He was no nonsense and upfront with us when we had questions and provided us with all the information we requested. In addition Jeff went out of his way to ensure I had the best experience possible, lending me his own vehicle so that I could still go to work while some additions were being made to my vehicle. For the first time in our lives we were not pressured to buy, but instead were given the opportunity to test drive a couple of vehicles, think about our options and respond in due course. Jeff was knowledgable, extremely polite and caring and understood what a big decision it was for us. In the end, we were offered a very fair deal by his Sales Manager Fadi Safatli. Also Rodney and Tiffany from the Business Office were superb individuals. Jeff has gone out of his way after the purchase to accommodate our needs as we had a very small window to purchase and head out of town.
