Terrible dealership. I bought a ford focus 2 months ago. It was sold without them doing an inspection on it and the electric locks didnt work. Took 2 months of calling them to get it in to be fixes. I called today to see if it was done because the loaner i have started this morning but when in gear and i need to be to work on the morning. I am almost 60 and single. I had to find someone to lend me a vehicle this morning at 6am. I called obriens and got josh on the phone. Trying to explain i need my car done or a loaner i can plug in to get to work. Well they cant help me. Josh had the nerve to say i was barking at him. How insulting. My co worker heard as it was on speaker and was shocked at the rudeness. Would not recommend. They are never honest. If you do deal with them make sure your always reading the fine print, and talk through text or email so there is proof of conversation. Noah was a great help and honestly if he would not have called to let us know he washed up the car we were looking at and ready for us to test drive we may not have went back. We got a very decent trade i called to let us know he washed up the car we were looking at and ready for us to test drive we may not have went back. We got a very decent trade in value for our vehicle and they filled our new vehicles tank and within an hour or so we were on our way. When we first came they could not find the keys to the vehicle which made us go for lunch and like I said if Noah did not call us back explaining all was good keys were found and vehicle was cleaned up and ready we were actually planning to go to another dealer the next day. Good deals - a bit high on "fees" but willing to deal which was great. Place needs a good clean but off highway and a road so probably hard to up keep. All in all I will probably be back when we are ready to upgrade again. More
