I was working with Josh S. I was in a insane rush, I was stressed, I was upset. I WAS INSANLY RUSHED. If I am being honest I was quite rude. Got us into a vehicle in less then 5 days and met all of our needs. The understanding of the lack of time and the stress was just amazing. He did all he could to make it less stressful, kept us updated, and worked around our schedules so we didn't need to miss any work. Our interest is a little high due to bad credit, but Josh has already spend the time reaching out to us as well as starting to help us refinance after one yearShort version go there they will approve bad credit and do everything they can to help you get into a new vehicle. Terrible dealership. I bought a ford focus 2 months ago. It was sold without them doing an inspection on it and the electric locks didnt work. Took 2 months of calling them to get it in to be fixes. I called today to see if it was done because the loaner i have started this morning but when in gear and i need to be to work on the morning. I am almost 60 and single. I had to find someone to lend me a vehicle this morning at 6am. I called obriens and got josh on the phone. Trying to explain i need my car done or a loaner i can plug in to get to work. Well they cant help me. Josh had the nerve to say i was barking at him. How insulting. My co worker heard as it was on speaker and was shocked at the rudeness. I am upset of course and to be insulted...disguating More

Would not recommend. They are never honest. If you do deal with them make sure your always reading the fine print, and talk through text or email so there is proof of conversation.
