Stopped in to this dealership to learn more about their vehicles as I am shopping for a new car for my wife to replace her 2021 Audi Q5. What I experienced here is shocking to say the least. I could feel vehicles as I am shopping for a new car for my wife to replace her 2021 Audi Q5. What I experienced here is shocking to say the least. I could feel eyes on me the entire time I was in the showroom and yet not one sales person would approach or engage in conversation with me. There were several sales people sitting at their desks watching me show interest in several vehicles all of which were locked. I spent a total 18 minutes walking around the showroom and yet they refused to engage in any way. I’m guessing this is a directive from above? No bother, I have made note of this and will be sure to share with my social following…don’t shop here unless you fit in! I can honestly say I have never experienced this before and I have removed Lexus from my short list of potential vehicles. If this is the type of behaviour that is supported by management, they won’t be getting my money! If you are interested in a Lexus, you may want to remove this location from your list of potential dealerships..unless you fit their preferred demographic. For reference, I have purchased or leased at least 30 vehicles in my lifetime and this was the only time I have experienced this…congratulations NW Lexus! More
My wife and I have recently acquired a 2021 Lexus Certified Pre-Owned RX 350. This vehicle was found on-line advertised on Autotrader.ca This unit was identified as coming soon as a trade in. I sent the inquiry Saturday night through the web site as it was exactly what we were looking for. Monday morning we received a call from Angela Sidhu a Sales Consultant from the dealership. She was very pleasant and professional in her communications. She described the vehicle and assured us it was the Executive model that we were searching for. Angela explained thoroughly the next steps to reserve the vehicle to be the first to view this vehicle when it arrived. We took a leap of faith and provided the deposit. The weeks that followed Angela kept in communications with regards to the vehicle. Once the vehicle arrived she kept us informed on the important and vigorous inspections the vehicle had to pass to be a LPOC. Once the vehicle was certified an appointment was set. Angela had personally visually inspected the vehicle for any blemishes or imperfections. We had put all our faith in her to provide us an accurate description. Once we arrived at the dealership we finally met. We were very anxious to finally get to view this vehicle. No disappointment here. Angela had delivered the goods exactly as described. Since Angela had completed all the necessary paperwork prior to our appointment to transaction was smooth and stress free. She had thought of everything. Her commitment to customer service is superior as she took care of all our needs. The issues that were brought to her attention after our inspection were resolved by her. By the end of the day the car was ready and plated. How is that for service! That night we drove home with our new to us vehicle that can only be described as perfect. The team at Northwest worked diligently and made this 1 day purchase possible. Thanks to all who played a part in getting this vehicle ready and out the door. My family bought not 1 but 2 Lexus RX last year in December primarily because we heard about reliability and exceptional customer service (completely untrue). This summer, we had a slight tear in the leather of the car and when I contacted the service department, I got run around for almost 3 weeks before they completely stopped answering calls. Probably going to try switching dealerships for future services to see if I get any better service. But for now I would never recommend anyone getting a Lexus or at least getting it from this dealership. More

I have to give Amjad our Sales agent who was very patient and took time out to make sure we were happy with incentives and ultimately the product (RX350 fsport 3). He definitely made the deal special and created a safe space for both sides to walk away pleased. Another big Shoutout to Roberto the Sales Manager who also broke down the financial aspect and worked with us until we came to a comfortable agreement. I would definitely recommend Northwest Lexus and definitely ask to speak with Amjad and Roberto the dynamic duo. Two thumbs up 👍 👍. More

I reviewed a vehicle listed on their website, took a test drive and a price was negotiated. I made the offer which was accepted and a deposit was taken. A day later, the financing was approved and a date and time for delivery of the vehicle was fixed. Even have the recording for this as I missed the call of the Financial Services Manager who handles Financing and she left a long voicemail ! Subsequently, the Sales Manager called to say there was a glitch and the vehicle was already sold earlier. In an organization with only a handful of Salesmen with supposedly good systems, the glitch is about the lamest excuse one can come up with. When I visited their showroom, the vehicle was parked absolutely in front of the showroom and listed on their website. Once the deal with me was finalized, it was during my presence instantaneously transferred to an internal parking lot and removed from their website. If the deal had been already done when I visited, why were these non-technical non-glitch processes not followed then? Clearly, this Dealership has no qualms about breaking deals if they can make a fast buck !! For my part, the case is clear. I have a signed contract on which a deposit was taken and even financing was approved so this is a simple case of Breach of Contract ! BE CAREFUL of the following staff in case you ever deal with Northwest Lexus, Brampton: Roberto Olivar – Unethical / Incompetent Sales Manager Patrick Magarelli – Incompetent Sales Consultant Contacting the Senior Executives to see if there is any solution or will other avenues need to be explored.
