My family bought not 1 but 2 Lexus RX last year in December primarily because we heard about reliability and exceptional customer service (completely untrue). This summer, we had a slight tear in the leather of the car and when I contacted the service department, I got run around for almost 3 weeks before they completely stopped answering calls. Probably going to try switching dealerships for future services to see if I get any better service. But for now I would never recommend anyone getting a Lexus or at least getting it from this dealership. More

I have to give Amjad our Sales agent who was very patient and took time out to make sure we were happy with incentives and ultimately the product (RX350 fsport 3). He definitely made the deal special and created a safe space for both sides to walk away pleased. Another big Shoutout to Roberto the Sales Manager who also broke down the financial aspect and worked with us until we came to a comfortable agreement. I would definitely recommend Northwest Lexus and definitely ask to speak with Amjad and Roberto the dynamic duo. Two thumbs up 👍 👍. More

I reviewed a vehicle listed on their website, took a test drive and a price was negotiated. I made the offer which was accepted and a deposit was taken. A day later, the financing was approved and a date and time for delivery of the vehicle was fixed. Even have the recording for this as I missed the call of the Financial Services Manager who handles Financing and she left a long voicemail ! Subsequently, the Sales Manager called to say there was a glitch and the vehicle was already sold earlier. In an organization with only a handful of Salesmen with supposedly good systems, the glitch is about the lamest excuse one can come up with. When I visited their showroom, the vehicle was parked absolutely in front of the showroom and listed on their website. Once the deal with me was finalized, it was during my presence instantaneously transferred to an internal parking lot and removed from their website. If the deal had been already done when I visited, why were these non-technical non-glitch processes not followed then? Clearly, this Dealership has no qualms about breaking deals if they can make a fast buck !! For my part, the case is clear. I have a signed contract on which a deposit was taken and even financing was approved so this is a simple case of Breach of Contract ! BE CAREFUL of the following staff in case you ever deal with Northwest Lexus, Brampton: Roberto Olivar – Unethical / Incompetent Sales Manager Patrick Magarelli – Incompetent Sales Consultant Contacting the Senior Executives to see if there is any solution or will other avenues need to be explored. Before I write nay thing I just hope that you do not meet an accident and if you get into one please do not take your Lexus to Northwest Lexus for any kind of repair. They have a contract with Royal Auto col an accident and if you get into one please do not take your Lexus to Northwest Lexus for any kind of repair. They have a contract with Royal Auto collision and trust me you are not going to get good customer service. Firstly, Northwest Lexus mentions that it inhouse service but you do not get any update unless you call them, sometimes even twice a day. Also when i received my vehicle it was not detailed properly and when I asked representative from North west Lexus the response was they should have done it. Kent the service manager took the picture but did not bother following up. I have to drive 20 kms. to fixt the scratch which was put on by Royal Auto collision center. When i ask Royal Collison center about cleaning the vehicle they mention that they only clean what they can do. I suggest that you take your vehicle to Collison center proposed by the Insurance company. Also till date I have received the copy of invoice. I d on not know what they charge d to my insurance company More

Despite my initial excitement, I regret to inform you that my experience with this dealership has been nothing short of unacceptable. During the negotiation process, your sales representatives offered me a set of winter tires as an incentive for purchasing the RC300. However, I declined this offer and specifically asked if I could bring my own winter tires instead. Your staff agreed to this arrangement and even extended an additional offer of one season free, acknowledging my loyalty as a customer. To my dismay, when I arrived to collect my rims for the summer season, I was given a different set of rims than the ones I had seen at the time of purchase. I was informed that the rims I initially saw belonged to the previous owner. I am utterly perplexed as to why this vital information was withheld from me during the day of purchase. Subsequently, I have visited Northwest Lexus dealership on numerous occasions within the past two months, hoping to resolve this matter. Regrettably, their manager, Stefano Giannace, has been uncooperative and unhelpful in addressing my concerns. Despite my requests to escalate the issue to the general manager, it seems that both Stefano Giannace and the general manager have displayed a lack of concern for providing adequate customer service. As a customer, I am deeply upset by the lack of transparency and the dismissive attitude demonstrated by this dealership. This incident has tarnished my perception of the professionalism and integrity I expect from a renowned establishment such as Northwest Lexus. I insist on a swift resolution to this matter. I demand that you rectify the situation by providing me with the correct set of rims that were promised to me during the purchase of the RC300. Additionally, I expect a written apology from your dealership for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this ordeal. Please consider this letter as my formal complaint, and I anticipate a prompt response outlining the steps you will take to rectify this situation. Failure to address this matter adequately will leave me with no choice but to explore further actions, which may include lodging a complaint with relevant consumer protection authorities and sharing my disappointing experience with potential customers through various online platforms and social media channels.
