Leaking windsheild washer fluid I had leaking windshield washer fluid in the right front. I brought my vehicle in without an appointment. Jamie had a look at it right away and had I had leaking windshield washer fluid in the right front. I brought my vehicle in without an appointment. Jamie had a look at it right away and had it taken into the shop to check for the problem. It was a leaking windshield washer pump which they had in stock and replaced it right away. I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour. That's what I call service! And it was even covered under warranty. Thanks! More

I made an appointment and gave all my concerns at this time. I was emailed a confirmation of my upcoming appointment with all my concerns that were going to be addressed. I arrived and there was no waiting or line up. I drove right in and was helped immediately. We went over everything that was going to be looked at on my list. I added another item I forgot. I was told it would be around 3 pm when everything was complete. I received a text around 12:30 that everything was done and vehicle was ready for pick up. I called the shuttle driver for a ride back to the dealership. He came within half an hour and I picked up my vehicle. No surprises, no upsales, it was great! D More

Don't buy a used car from this dealer Update: I brought my car back to this dealer last week(May 9th) because it kept making loud clicking noise from outside and brake pedal started moving Update: I brought my car back to this dealer last week(May 9th) because it kept making loud clicking noise from outside and brake pedal started moving side to side. Again, they charged me for the inspection, then told me that I should spend around $1000 due to the following issues: 1. Wrong brake pads were installed on my car. Brake pads are smaller than the size of calipers that why brake pads were moving when the brake pedal was applied. 2. Brake pedal bushings were worn so hard and need to be replaced. Told them that I bought my car from them, showed them the Mechanical Fitness Assessment that they gave me as well as the last inspection result, then only accepted to replace brake pads for free, and I have to pay for the other issues. That's ridiculous. I bought my car from this dealer because I trusted them, however, their Mechanical Fitness Assessment is a joke. They lied buyer about the condition of the vehicle and refused to compensate the customer. I had driven my car with that condition in 4 months until May 8th (use Anthony Henday almost every day), and luckily, nothing happened. I could die if the brake pads fall apart due to their mistake. Again,dont buy anything from this dealer. I bought a used car from this dealer and was given a Mechanical Fitness Assessment that indicated that everything on my car is ok. However, after 3 weeks(and around 700 km), my car has started making a loud squealing sound, and even happened more often at 4th and 5th weeks. I booked an appointment with their service department (after 1,300 km)and talked to their sale manager ( that is Colin )about the issue and he told me that there is nothing he could do. It's my fault for not buying the extended warranty, and I have to pay if I want them to take a diagnosis to see what's happening. That's ridiculous, they inspected that car and told their customer that everything is ok, then the issue that appears just after 1,300 km and they did not take responsibility for that. This has been the worst experience I've had to date. Will tell anyone I know about my case and suggest them to find another dealer if they want to buy a used car. More
Install ABS control module Appreciated effort made to find me a used one for about $550. Would not have been able to afford a new one for $2800.
