Pushy fast sales people! Would not go back me and my friend both had a bad experience, pushy and fast sales people that rush you through so they can get the next customer. My friend got pressured into buying something he did not want, only after looking at one vehicle. Before he knew it he was signing for the vehicle, without even being explained to him! Over aggressive sales tactics, I think most of these reviews are from people who did not realize they were being rushed and pressured into buying a vehicle. Would not go back, I hope they train the staff to be low pressure and honest and take the time to go through the vehicle buying process, for inexperienced car buyers! More

I found what I was looking for for a decent price I ended up getting a brand new Elantra even though I was looking for used. Ryan helped me find something that was still within my budget and it came w I ended up getting a brand new Elantra even though I was looking for used. Ryan helped me find something that was still within my budget and it came with a sunroof, heated seats and heated steering wheel. He took the time to let me test drive a few on the lot before I finally chose one in stick shift which is lots of fun. Then he helped me get all the paperwork finished (including driving me to the nearby registry office). He also went through the features a few times at possession and helped me switch over my kid's (not so clean) car seats, and get winter car mats ordered from the parts desk. Ryan has been happy to answer any questions I have had since then. I took a long time to decide and came in a few times over the past two years but I did eventually buy from him as he was happy to spend the time it took to help me find just what I wanted. It's been six months since I bought it and I'm still happy with my purchase (and discovering new features I didn't know about)! More

Kyle Germain and Michael Christiansen were fabulous to work with. Nothing was rushed and they explained everything, sometimes multiple times. This was the 3rd Go Auto purchase in our family in the last 6 months (first Porsche (Joshua Couch), then Jaguar Tanner McIlroy and now Hyundai Kyle Germain); as a consumer I love the Go Auto experience. As long as it remains top notch I no longer see the need to shop anywhere else. More
