With the awkward beginning out of the way Mark our sales rep transitioned that into an absolute great experience to which I can not say a bad thing about. Upgrading to a car that is pretty much a dream car is and should be a fun and exciting moment in your life. We purchased through Lee Ewasiuk. Easy to deal with, accommodating. Financial and paperwork with Laurie Cottrell. First rate, personable and very knowledgeable. Stacey Nelson introduced herself and explained her viewpoint on customer service. Mark King introduced us to the vehicle with explanation of features. He synchronized our phones to the vehicle media system and made sure all accessories were as stated, ie floor mats. We have not had a more positive experience when purchasing and we would definitely return to deal with them again as well as recommend to others. More
