Approval was completed within 24 hours and we had the keys to our new 2017 vehicle. They even went beyond and took care of registration! Buying a vehicle can be stressful enough, but trying to do it with 2 under 2 is just that much more stressful and the team here made it as smooth and as quick as possible. Kyle Wright Was a Pleasure to Work With! I had spent the last week shopping for a vehicle and unfortunately couldn't find anything within the Go Auto Group. I ended up finding (what I thought was the perfect vehicle, at a Sherwood Park dealership) and decided to take it overnight. When Kyle got word that I was almost sold on a vehicle from another dealership, he bent over backwards AND sideways to get me into an SUV at Northstar. He found me a mint condition 2014 Hyundai Tuscon and made it work for my budget and expectations. Kyle didn't treat me like a customer, he treated me like family. The negotiation process was quite fun... well, for me anyway! While we went back and forth a few times, Kyle and the management team never made me feel like an inconvenience. Our salesperson, Mark King was so helpful and very easy to talk to. He answered all our questions and gained our trust right from the start. Not once did we feel rushed into making a decision. He always has a smile on his face and is a genuine nice guy. When we picked up the car he took a lot of time and went over each option in the vehicle with me. I left the dealership knowing where everything was and how it worked. I was so impressed with this personal service. Aside from Mark everybody with dealt with at Norstar was very helpful and always friendly, from the receptionist to Trevor Bannert in finance..
