Our salesperson, Mark King was so helpful and very easy to talk to. He answered all our questions and gained our trust right from the start. Not once did we feel rushed into making a decision. He always has a smile on his face and is a genuine nice guy. When we picked up the car he took a lot of time and went over each option in the vehicle with me. I left the dealership knowing where everything was and how it worked. I was so impressed with this personal service. Aside from Mark everybody with dealt with at Norstar was very helpful and always friendly, from the receptionist to Trevor Bannert in finance.. Do Not ever ever buy anything from here couple month ago I purchased a 2016 elantra and a 2016 santa fe let me tell you the xxxx I have been through with this dealership. First off my elant couple month ago I purchased a 2016 elantra and a 2016 santa fe let me tell you the xxxx I have been through with this dealership. First off my elantra has a terrible smell coming from the vents started about a week after I bought it. easy fix right WRONG my car has been in more times then I can count on one hand for the same problem also every time I have gotten the car back from the service dept. something else is wrong. One time I got it back after them having it all weekend full of dirt and my fuel light on another time I get it back after getting detailed with scratches all over it. The smell is so terrible I refuse to drive the car. I took the car back and told them how unhappy I was and their solution was buy a new car which was out of my price range. I just wanted to warn people if u buy a new car and you have problems they try to fix the problem with selling u something u can not afford I will never buy here again and I will tell everyone I know how crappy I was treated and not to use the GO AUTO GROUP More
