Consistently Going Beyond for Customers After struggling with the Service department at another Hyundai dealership in the city, the service department at Northstar Hyundai re-evaluated and d After struggling with the Service department at another Hyundai dealership in the city, the service department at Northstar Hyundai re-evaluated and diagnosed an issue I was previously quoted over $1000 at the other dealership to fix. It turned out that it had been misdiagnosed and my $1000 bill was actually $0. Furthermore, I wasn't even charged for the new diagnosis by Northstar, and was charged by the other dealership before the quote. Our sales representative Krystal Hampel, worked extremely hard to ensure we were happy with our new Hyundai vehicles, she had insisted I bring it to Northstar to have them look at it again and arranged the whole thing for us. Krystal had sold us the vehicles at the other dealership and then moved to Northstar due to concerns she had about them (among them our service issue). She was even able to arrange moving our VIP service package over from the other dealership despite there being significant differences between the two versions of the VIP package. She is always honest and upfront with her customers and truely makes the buying process as stress free as possible. We couldn't be happier with the service that Krystal and Northstar Hyundai have provided us so far and will not be taking our vehicles anywhere else as a result. More

I was there to replace a vehicle which had just been written off in an accident. Kyle provide me with all the pertinent information I requested electronically prior to my arriving. From the moment Kyle picked me up at the Greyhound station to when Nicole shook my hand as I went out the door, I was treated exceptionally well. Kyle and Nicole treated me efficiently with courtesy and truly assisted me. It felt more like a visit with friends. I spoke with 2 other employees in passing. Both were very friendly and engaging. In less than 2 hours, I had a new truck c/w registration, insurance and an extended warranty. I left Northstar Hyundai feeling very pleased. More
