Excellent experience Being a somewhat jaded car shopper I started my search for a new ride expecting it to be a feel dirty process. Albert was prompt with his reply’s, if he didn’t know he would find your answer without trying to just pacify you with an easy answer. Lee didnt didn’t play the ominous manager in the back office, but actively worked with his sales crew to beat a trade in offer from another dealer, and said yes to all my unique requests as condition of sale. Stacy helped all the numbers fall in place did the extra calculations to help me find the cost of borrowing between different terms. She seemed very knowledgeable and had quick answers without “the real sales start in finance” tactics. Overall didn’t live up to the lawyers and used car salesmen are the xxxx of the earth reputation and I’m anything but disappointed. More

They were very helpful in arranging the financing I had a salesmen who had only worked for the dealership for one month. He called me at my home in Calgary and said he could put me in a 2018 Elantra f I had a salesmen who had only worked for the dealership for one month. He called me at my home in Calgary and said he could put me in a 2018 Elantra for the same monthly payment as I was presently making which interested me enough to make a trip to the Edmonton dealership. Because of his limited experience,my salesmen had to go and find out answers to most of my questions, but he got the answers. The finance department had to work hard to get the finances approved as I decided to upgrade to a Sonata and they succeeded. More

Phoenomenal and relaxing experience We have been passively looking for a newer vehicle with more space for a few months but got more serious in the past week or so. After research, we de We have been passively looking for a newer vehicle with more space for a few months but got more serious in the past week or so. After research, we decided a 2011 or newer Dodge Caravan would be the best option for our growing family. We went to a Dodge/Chrysler dealership earlier in the day and had mixed feelings about the sales rep. Thankfully we called Northstar Hyundai and got Krystal. We called and inquired about a 2011 Dodge Caravan they had for sale. She offered to warm up the van and patiently waited until we came. We were pleasantly surprised with her honesty, demeanor and patience. She is what a car salesperson should be. Not only did she answer all questions we had for her (many questions which our first salesperson at the Dodge/Chrysler dealership could not answer), she also went above and beyond to keep our 3 year old daughter entertained while we were signing paperwork by allowing her to watch a movie. Throughout the sales process we were treated fairly and felt at ease. We enjoyed our experience so much we almost want to purchase another vehicle. Guaranteed, we will be back to Northstar Hyundai in 4-5 years when we replace our new van. Great service! More

First time buy but definitely not the last! Two months ago I leased a 2018 Elantra from Krystal at North Star Hyundai. She was amazing from the moment I walked in. First off she made sure to address me first when I came in to meet with her. The other dealerships I went to adressed my boyfriend first, which bothered me as I was the one looking for a new car. Then she made sure I got exactly what I wanted in my very first new vehicle and made sure to show me all of the features of my vehicle when I picked it up. I only decided I wanted the car Wednesday night and that I wanted it in red and for Friday night. So she had one day to make it happen and she delivered! Thank you Krystal, for going out of your way to Calgary to get me my Red car when there were none left in Edmonton anywhere. And she also made sure my remote start was installed prior to my pick up. Also a thank you to Trevor for making the boring paperwork part of the whole thing fast and easy for me. A big thank you to both North Star Edmonton Hyundai and Krystal for allowing me to take my car for the long weekend with their registration because I wasnt able to get it done in time for my car pick up Friday evening. Overall my buying experience was easy and a wonderful new experience for me. I will be back next time I'm in need of a new vehicle. More
