Excellent customer service. I’m not the type of person who likes to be pushed into something or treated poorly because I’m looking for the best deal for me; which made my experie I’m not the type of person who likes to be pushed into something or treated poorly because I’m looking for the best deal for me; which made my experience at this Hyundai all the more note worthy because I was not treated this way. Albert listened to the things I wanted in my car and even though he did offer me more, he did respect when I decided against things. This is one of the reasons I chose to purchase my vehicle here. 2018 Santa Fe Sport I had purchased a new vehicle just 2 months earlier at Northstar Hyundai and was really happy with the whole process, so when that vehicle was written I had purchased a new vehicle just 2 months earlier at Northstar Hyundai and was really happy with the whole process, so when that vehicle was written off, I knew I had to go back for my next one. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The process of purchasing a vehicle at Northstar Hyundai was painless (I don't like the usual dance of buying a new car) and will definitely go back, just hopefully in a few more years next time! ;) More

Consistently Going Beyond for Customers After struggling with the Service department at another Hyundai dealership in the city, the service department at Northstar Hyundai re-evaluated and d After struggling with the Service department at another Hyundai dealership in the city, the service department at Northstar Hyundai re-evaluated and diagnosed an issue I was previously quoted over $1000 at the other dealership to fix. It turned out that it had been misdiagnosed and my $1000 bill was actually $0. Furthermore, I wasn't even charged for the new diagnosis by Northstar, and was charged by the other dealership before the quote. Our sales representative Krystal Hampel, worked extremely hard to ensure we were happy with our new Hyundai vehicles, she had insisted I bring it to Northstar to have them look at it again and arranged the whole thing for us. Krystal had sold us the vehicles at the other dealership and then moved to Northstar due to concerns she had about them (among them our service issue). She was even able to arrange moving our VIP service package over from the other dealership despite there being significant differences between the two versions of the VIP package. She is always honest and upfront with her customers and truely makes the buying process as stress free as possible. We couldn't be happier with the service that Krystal and Northstar Hyundai have provided us so far and will not be taking our vehicles anywhere else as a result. More
