Albert was very knowlegeable about the vehicle even though it isn’t a Hyundai, he was even able to accomidate my odd requests when testing the vehicle. Afterward the service I recieved was so thorough I didn’t feel the need to test other cars I’d seen online at other dealerships. The good servive didn’t end when I signed the papers though, the credit department took their time to make sure I understood everything I needed to, and patiently answered all of my questions. All in all I would be very happy use Northstar Hyundai for any future vehicles. More

Excellent experience Being a somewhat jaded car shopper I started my search for a new ride expecting it to be a feel dirty process. Lee didnt didn’t play the ominous manager in the back office, but actively worked with his sales crew to beat a trade in offer from another dealer, and said yes to all my unique requests as condition of sale. Stacy helped all the numbers fall in place did the extra calculations to help me find the cost of borrowing between different terms. She seemed very knowledgeable and had quick answers without “the real sales start in finance” tactics. Overall didn’t live up to the lawyers and used car salesmen are the xxxx of the earth reputation and I’m anything but disappointed. More

They were very helpful in arranging the financing I had a salesmen who had only worked for the dealership for one month. He called me at my home in Calgary and said he could put me in a 2018 Elantra f I had a salesmen who had only worked for the dealership for one month. He called me at my home in Calgary and said he could put me in a 2018 Elantra for the same monthly payment as I was presently making which interested me enough to make a trip to the Edmonton dealership. Because of his limited experience,my salesmen had to go and find out answers to most of my questions, but he got the answers. The finance department had to work hard to get the finances approved as I decided to upgrade to a Sonata and they succeeded. More
