Albert Mustapha 2014 Santa fe Albert realized that my vehicle did not come with 2 of the stock rims and tires and working with the used cars salesman to figure out a solution ( I t Albert realized that my vehicle did not come with 2 of the stock rims and tires and working with the used cars salesman to figure out a solution ( I trust him) , also my vehicles A/C is not working and he took me over to the service department and got an appointment for me right away without hesitation . The vehicle also did not come with floor mats and Albert took care of me and got a new set for my vehicle the day I picked it up. Albert was very knowlegeable about the vehicle even though it isn’t a Hyundai, he was even able to accomidate my odd requests when testing the vehicle. Afterward the service I recieved was so thorough I didn’t feel the need to test other cars I’d seen online at other dealerships. The good servive didn’t end when I signed the papers though, the credit department took their time to make sure I understood everything I needed to, and patiently answered all of my questions. All in all I would be very happy use Northstar Hyundai for any future vehicles. More
