I was there to replace a vehicle which had just been written off in an accident. Kyle provide me with all the pertinent information I requested electronically prior to my arriving. From the moment Kyle picked me up at the Greyhound station to when Nicole shook my hand as I went out the door, I was treated exceptionally well. Kyle and Nicole treated me efficiently with courtesy and truly assisted me. It felt more like a visit with friends. I spoke with 2 other employees in passing. Both were very friendly and engaging. In less than 2 hours, I had a new truck c/w registration, insurance and an extended warranty. I left Northstar Hyundai feeling very pleased. More
