Excellent Followup Service Our F350 needed an additional follow up appointment (wheel alignment) to complete the service program. Like our previous appointment last week, the service team got us in quickly and had us back on the road in short order. The team kept me posted on progress while I waited in the lounge. Kudos to our primary service advisor, Cassandra Walker and her alternate, Fiona Rea, for having the paperwork ready for our arrival and getting the truck into the work bay first thing in the morning. Scheduled Maintenance I have been using this Service centre for years with multiple Ford vehicles. My recent service was a simple oil change, tire rotation, multi point in I have been using this Service centre for years with multiple Ford vehicles. My recent service was a simple oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection and change of wiper blades. I was without vehicle for less than 1 hour. Satisfied I am satisfied with the service. A bit more expensive but all dealers are more expensive than non-dealer shops but you get a better customer experien I am satisfied with the service. Would have given it another star but I had a harrowing experience from the last service. Took out the vehicle after regular maintenance and the vehicle stalled a few kilometers from the shop in the middle of a major street. I was afraid of the fast moving vehicles behind me might hit the vehicle. I was able to restart the vehicle after a minute or so and went back to the dealer. The service manager was very accommodating but couldn't really say what was going on. It never occurred days after but I am worried it might. More
