She said she was order me a Ac belt under warranty as soon it comes in she would called me. She never did after 2 1/2 weeks She totally forgot but lied to me I didn’t forget. I recently bought from a private seller a Ford Mustang Convertible that had a provincial insurance inspection claiming that the car was “road worthy” in all details. Experiencing an engine vibration I too Convertible that had a provincial insurance inspection claiming that the car was “road worthy” in all details. Experiencing an engine vibration I took to NorthStar Ford. And they found all the problems with the car. That inspection was inaccurate (and I thing fraudulent). Their sympathy for my plight was obvious. From Diana, my Service Advisor, all the way to the top Service manager and back down to the service technicians, they all made their best efforts to fix my car. From the front to the rear suspension, steering and brakes. They repaired it all. As the Service Manager explained “...at least the car is not trying to kill me now!”. While the time and money were a factor, it was the quality of work and the customer service that made it all worth while. I can happily recommend NorthStar Ford to anyone who needs their Ford repaired. More

This dealer ship is a nightmare to deal with, the service manager clearly no mechanical background. After my engine was reaclled and this Ford dealership replaced it had never sounded or worked the same. Thi manager clearly no mechanical background. I don't think this ship employs a red seal mechanic. Please do not buy from here or go here for your services. More
Booked an oil change and was offered a complimentary vehicle pick up and drop off from my home. Vehicle picked up on time at 9am, received a text at 3pm that vehicle was in the shop and expected to be r vehicle pick up and drop off from my home. Vehicle picked up on time at 9am, received a text at 3pm that vehicle was in the shop and expected to be ready by 5pm and I would be hearing from another person later about the delivery to my home. At 6:30 had not heard from anyone and forget about trying to reach anyone at that time. Unbelievable to leave me without my vehicle for 24 hours, major breakdown on their behalf. How does this happen ? Beware, this should never,never have been allowed to happen. More
Not at all impressed with their change to get rid of their shuttle service!! They got rid of their drivers and expect you to take an Uber now. This sucks, especially if you don't remember to have yo their shuttle service!! They got rid of their drivers and expect you to take an Uber now. This sucks, especially if you don't remember to have your cell phone with you. Went thru 45 mins of cancelled Uber drivers before one eventually decided to come to the dealership. Ford is just cheaping out, not only on its customers, but also by axing their employees too. More
