Especially seeing how my car broke down during christmas, hours were few during this time, they went above and beyond and hooked me up with a rental for the duration until my car was fixed and kept me updated all the way. And that is why i ONLY got to NORTHSTAR because everytime i go the customer service is outstanding! i cant say that about any other dealer because ive been treated horrible everywhere else. Didnt think id say this because i always felt i bought a "lemon" car with all of the recalls its had but once i got it back it drove better than the first day i drove it off the lot! Best service, best people, smiling faces, and most importantly people that actually care especially when your stuck in the worst situation around times like christmas. Great if it's warranty work Like any dealer, it's a great shop if your warranty is paying for everything. Took my raptor in for the works, called me to tell me my oil cooler w Like any dealer, it's a great shop if your warranty is paying for everything. Took my raptor in for the works, called me to tell me my oil cooler was leaking and under warranty, and my shock was leaking and would be 1500 to fix it. The 1 inch light on the front grill was quoted at 189 dollars to fix, I shake thinking how much the oil cooler + $155/hr shop time would have cost. Overall they did good work, I can't complain. 90 bucks for an oil change/tire rotation/full inspection is a good deal. Would have been 3 stars but they gave me a free coffee and some dude said my truck looked nice so that's pretty much par for the course right there. More
