Service and the redo Fiona was fantastic and to the point. She seemed like she actually wanted to help me out. With previous vehicles at different dealerships and garages, taking my vehicle in for service gave me more anxiety than heading to the dentist because I never knew what I was going to be told and how much the trip was really going to cost. As I near the end of my FMPP Fiona Rea has been a huge help in making sure I receive great service and that I am getting what I paid for with this protection plan. It's that sort of service and that level of trust that guarantees I will continue to bring my truck back to Northstar Ford for service long after the FMPP is done. Thanks for everything! More
