Excellent Service Experience When I showed up Fiona was quick to get me processed and Brian the service manager was on top of everything. When he released the shuttle truck was still 45 minutes out with 4 customers waiting he took action, used his truck and recruited a driver and had us on our way. This is actually my normal experience of a team who go well beyond what could be called normal to ensure your in and out quickly and your vehicle is ready on time. More

The very professional service representative that I keep dealing with is amazing, friendly with a smile at all times, eager to help and answer questions and also very knowledgeable. "MITCH" I want to once again, say thank you for going out of your way to provide a fantastic service experience. You even made a point of introducing me to the mechanic "Ryan" as he double checked my F150 over the second time as a courtesy because I was concerned about certain things. It was very different to have a conversation with both of them about my truck (great work guys). The employee's at Northstar Ford work very well together in make a pleasant experience each time. Service was great as usual The customer service I recieved from the minute I drove in, through the quote, inspection, service, and return of my vehicle was top notch. Brittany was personable, knowledgable, and attentive. She remember me by name when I returned to pick up the vehicle. This is not the first time I have brought my vehicles to North Star ford for service and wont be my last as their people have always treated me well. My only issue was the amount I had to pay to have my 3 issues looked at was each charged seperatly by the hour rate, even though the total inspection took less then an hour. I know this is typical dealership and big business policy but it still bugs me every time :) More
