Above and Beyond When I had my regular 6 month inspection & my winter tires on, on Oct 1, it was suggested that I have a warranty inspection because the warranty ran o When I had my regular 6 month inspection & my winter tires on, on Oct 1, it was suggested that I have a warranty inspection because the warranty ran out at the end of the month. I was trying to have my car sorted before knee surgery on the 3rd. The full inspection indicated that the right control arm was faulty and needed correction. This issue was fixed last week at no cost to me. As I couldn't drive, I requested to have it dropped off at my house and Cassandra and the "lot guy" did this as a big favor to me and my husband who was at work. I don't expect "above and beyond" service every time but it sure helped us out during a stressful time. ( I normally take the shuttle and that's great too! ) Thanks to all! More

Excellent Service I had a problem replacing head lamp for my Ford Explorer. When I approached Canadian tires, I was told that it will take about $ 150 minimum for labor I had a problem replacing head lamp for my Ford Explorer. I had to knock the door of North Star Ford and they could do that just for $36 +tax (with bulb provided). I was more than satisfied with the type of service received. More
