Great customer service I have been going to Northstar Ford now for about 1 1/2 years now. That is when I bought my F150 from them. Every time I come to get service done, the I have been going to Northstar Ford now for about 1 1/2 years now. That is when I bought my F150 from them. Every time I come to get service done, the customer service from the Service Manager, the advisors and the cashiers is always outstanding. All of them are always friendly and very helpful.
