Excellent Customer Service Reps I feel that the customer service reps here are excellent. But since I am now awaiting my 3rd motor in a 2013 vehicle that has met all of it's servic I feel that the customer service reps here are excellent. But since I am now awaiting my 3rd motor in a 2013 vehicle that has met all of it's service appointments I have questions. Yes to this point the service manager, and customer reps have worked to get it covered by Ford and have treated me very well there is the inconvenience that goes with major repairs. Yes I have had a service loaner both times, this time a car on my wish list, but still. wondering if Quality is still Job #1 at Ford. More

Great personal service I bought my truck here, I've had it repaired here and as long as Northstar maintains their friendly efficient service going, I'll keep coming back. This time was for a service and a couple of recalls. I wanted too drop off my truck the night before, as it suited me. My Service Advisor Jennifer, could not have been more friendly or helpful. My truck was ready for collection the following day as promised. I have one very minor criticism...... My truck was filthy and I asked for it to be washed - which it was. For twenty bucks, couldn't a basic 'wash and shammy' be included as part of any service? That would show amazing customer service for very little cost? Just a thought and hardly a criticism. More

Fast service As always Northstar Ford are very efficient and effective, I came in for a recall and a small issue with no heating by my feet, the recall issue was f As always Northstar Ford are very efficient and effective, I came in for a recall and a small issue with no heating by my feet, the recall issue was fixed, and they looked at the heating and I was informed that it worked, so maybe its a Ford F150 issue, because my feet are still not getting any heat unless I crank the heater to full and only distribute the air flow to my feet, then I get some heat otherwise it like an icebox More
