Clueless Service Department There was nothing special about my service appointment; address a factory recall, oil change and install winter tires. When I dropped the vehicle off There was nothing special about my service appointment; address a factory recall, oil change and install winter tires. When I dropped the vehicle off the day before the service was scheduled I was told the car would be ready at 5pm the next day. I told the advisor I had a 5pm commitment and needed to pick the car up no later than 4pm. I was told this was no problem. The next day I received an update call at 3pm to tell me the car would be ready at 5pm. I explained again I needed the car no later than 4pm. The advisor said she would get back to me and called me back 10 minutes later to say that was no problem. When I showed up a 4pm to pick up my car, I saw it being driven around to the service bays. Inside I was told it wasn't ready, they still needed to do the oil change and it would be 20 minutes before my car was ready. Twenty minutes later they had to go searching for the paperwork and my keys so I could pay and leave. I didn't get out of there until 4:35 and was late for my commitment. Doing the work on the vehicle is a given. The service is in meeting my delivery time, which they failed horribly. The only name I got was Fiona's as she was the one who phoned me. No one else bothered to give me their name. Probably because I was clearly not happy. Another customer there told me my 35 minute delay was nothing. He had been promised his car at 2:30pm and he was still waiting after 4pm. More

No disclosure They try and steal your money with an environmental fee, even when they don’t do anything of any kind of disposal. They don’t tell you about this fee They try and steal your money with an environmental fee, even when they don’t do anything of any kind of disposal. They don’t tell you about this fee when you bring vehicle in for service. Just a scam to get more money and the rate per hour is outrageous. And the young girl at service desk was a snotty little xxxxx. Maybe she should try and smile and have a little empathy toward the customer. As well as the other two women in the service pickup area that just closed the window and scowled and frowned at me and talked so I couldn’t hear them talking about me. I will never go back there and would never recommend ford again. I will probably never by a Ford again as well. Just horrible service. You should be honest and make your slogan “come in, we will steal your money” Liane was ok. The other three in pickup area were horrible. They didn’t even close my glove box and when I went to close it, I found that my latch is broken. Just a bad experience. More

I believe the proper research was then done by Northstar to find out what the Ford solutions were to repair the defective oil pan. The repair summary seemed to indicate this. However as this was the 3rd time, I question what was researched in the past. I did my own research to determine there was an identified by Ford oil pan issue. My garage floor and driveway have many oil stains. More

I had no idea as no one had told me. The techs came to the truck and could not figure out what had been done or how to explain. Not a great service experience for first time. More
