Oil change Made an appointment for 9:00 for an oil change. Dropped vehicle off after 8:30. Had to call shuttle around 4:00 and wait for a 4:30 pickup. WhenI got there I also had to wait until after 5:00 before my vehicle was ready. Having an appointment meant nothing and my whole day was wasted. Service required was an oil change because it was a new vehicle I drove approx 500km during the winter but warning light for oil change came on and I was told by Ford Agent I had to have the appointment to retain the warranty. It also took 1 week to get an appointment and I was leaving on holidays. Never had such poor service at this dealership before More
