Not organized I had a new windshield installed at this location. When I took my truck into another location to get an oil change I had them look at a piece of cowli I had a new windshield installed at this location. When I took my truck into another location to get an oil change I had them look at a piece of cowling that had popped up. The dealership said they couldn't fix it because it was broken during the installation of my windshield, but I should take it back to where windshield was installed to have it fixed (Northstar ford) When I returned to this northstar ford the said they would cover it under warranty, but part needed to be ordered. After two weeks they called to say part had arrived and to book the appointment (which I did). I got another call a week or so later giving same info a d asking to book an appointment (to which I stated o already had). Later on, I had to change the appointment date to two days after the original appointment. To my surprise I got an email reminder for the original date of appointment. I called to confirm that this was an error and that I was still booked in for my actual appointment. They said yes, but then I got a call after the date of the original appointment saying that I had missed my appointment. By this point I was getting quite frustrated telling them I had cancelled and moved that appointment. They once again confirmed that I had an appointment the next day (as planned). They are very scattered at this location. Nothing seems to get done right the first time. Only positive is that their mistake was fixed, and person who inputted that i had dropped off my truck was efficient and kind. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Difficult review I brought my SUV in a for a small brake squeak when reversing. Tech machined rear rotors. Squeak came back the following day. Took it back, they machi I brought my SUV in a for a small brake squeak when reversing. Tech machined rear rotors. Squeak came back the following day. Took it back, they machined the front brakes. Obvious they really didnt have a clue where this is coming from. Picked up the SUV, go down the road and a real loud howling coming from front brakes. Took it back again. So far Im out over $300, squeak is gone but now more issues with the brakes that I have not had before I brought it in. They blame the front caliper and also told me the rotor machining left a lip on the all the rotors and I need new ones. So first caliper they installed failed, so they had to order another one. Some of this was under warranty and some was not. I understand that not all repairs will go smoothly and I judge the company on what they do when a mistake happens. Total time to get this repairs was about 3 weeks although some of that time was on me as I could not always get the SUV back the next day. What started out to be a simple brake squeak in reverse end up with a new caliper, 4 new rotors and pads. I truly believe they worked very hard to get this resolved, it ended up costing me more money that it should and the rest fell under warranty. I gave it 4 stars mainly because the service adviser, Jen, was awesome in this whole process, but I have to give the initial tech a zero and the last tech a 5 for finding the issue. Its difficult to point blame as it does no one any good. I appreciate they fixed it, brakes feel good, Im out over $400 but got 4 rotors, 2 front pads and a caliper and lots of frustration. More

Beyond expectations I took my truck n for detailing as I am unable to do it myself and was blown away by the way my truck looked when I got it back. I had priced out detailing packages at other places like Bubbles car wash and was looking at $300 plus for detailing. I happened to hear an ad on the radio for Northstar Ford' s detailing package and decided to give them a try. I am very glad I did. For $176 and change (including taxes), I got a truck that looked like I just drove it off the lot. My service advisor, Cassandra was very easy to deal with and was honest with me in everything so there were no unexpected surprises. Cassandra also set me up with the auto body side of things so I could get a quote for repairing the nice dent in the back corner of my box that someone graciously gave me in a parking lot! The quote was below my estimate, which was a pleasant surprise. Northstar Ford just became my go to place for service and repairs. Hopefully will be where I buy next truck as well. More

They do a great job in making sure that customer needs and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Even though this is a bust centre, one-to-one needs are met. However, mechanics need to be timely managed, they do their best in keeping up with the standard and specification to service requirement. My 5+ years at this centre are still going smooth. Brittany was curtious and provided timely help in addressing my concerns that I had shared with her regarding my service 2 weeks ago. Also, the tech support was helpful in resetting my digital entry code that was not synced from the beginning which is now very handy. Thank you. More
