Replaced clutch under warrenty On a regular check up they found a problem with the clutch. They ordered the part needed and a few days later we set up an appointment. The only minor glitch was that the car was not finished the first day but I was able to get possession the next AM. It was worth the wait....the car is running smoother than at any time. Efficient and polite service from reception to payment. More

It's always very good Mechanic had left a cleaning rag sticking out from under the hood which I had to take out. Service team is always very nice and friendly I had also priced the job with another mechanic that I take my other vehicles to and the pricing from Ford was the same so I was also happy with the relative cost of the repair. My only comment is that another dealership I've dealt with (Brasso Nissan) would wash the vehicle (inside as well) just for coming in for an oil change (not crazy detailing or anything - just an exterior wash and interior wipe-down). Every time I come to get my truck I'm always disappointed as I was use to getting that treatment from them. It would be nice if that was done for customers; something simple like that goes a long way. My vehicle is well off warranty but I keep bringing it back - you do have some really good people in that service department. Thank you More

Good at what they do They did a good job checking most items. Had put in for new wiper blades on the original request, but somehow it got missed. Paint repairs We were directed a few years ago for repairs to paint damage to Northstar Ford collision repair shop. I am a car guy and have been totally unimpress We were directed a few years ago for repairs to paint damage to Northstar Ford collision repair shop. I am a car guy and have been totally unimpressed with every paint shop I have used in Calgary, so was expecting more of the same. However, from the friendly and helpful staff to the amazing paint job they did on our car with metallic paint (no colour mismatch at all) it was a very pleasant experience. I don't normally recommend repair shops but this is one exception. They just painted a small part for one of my cars and did a superb job again. Highly recommended! More
