did not seem concerned about my issue This was my first time visiting Northstar Ford. I liked the person taking the details on my issue (Lianne). However things went downhill from there. I gave very precise instructions on how to reproduce the issue. Unfortunately, they could not do it. I told them to contact me if they could not reproduce - they did not. They charged me $200+ for doing nothing then recommended a $700 part replacement as the next step. I know enough about cars (or anything being repaired for that matter) that you don't just go and start replacing $700 parts in an attempt to fix a problem before even observing the problem. It seemed they were more interested in taking my money than resolving my problem. More
