The service representatives, most recently Fiona, take into consideration your financial position and your timing and make the experience painless. Email follow-ups, phone service, and door-to door courtesy car transportation are just the icing on the cake. I just won't go anywhere else. I've dropped in with issues regarding setting vehicles, and pairing phones and tires and there is always someone who handles each request in a courteous, efficient manner. An expensive fix, but with a call to Canada One on my behalf, were able to shrink the cost to a manageable amount. This kind of service is greatly appreciated.
