Excellent service, friendly and fast. I called and they got me in that day. I needed an oil change and a few other things done, I had my vehicle back by 3 pm and I continued on with my da I called and they got me in that day. Same terrible service as usual I had my vechicle sent to Ford for insurance work as my sunroof blew up, was told it was complete and finished so I dropped off the rental vechicle go I had my vechicle sent to Ford for insurance work as my sunroof blew up, was told it was complete and finished so I dropped off the rental vechicle got a drive to Ford body shop only to find the tarp for the sunroof not attached to the track and oil finger prints and the water stains not removed, it was to be fully detailed and there was still glass thru out, I then was told to get my rental back and it would be taken care of over the weekend detailed in tip top shape, enterprise came and picked me up again for the rental after wasting 2 hours of time I had the rental again. Called Wednesday again to pick up, water stains and glass still there nothing done I was told Ford only gets $20 from my insurance company for detailing so that's as good as it gets. I said the deal you have with my insurance company is not my problem but yours. I told the insurance company from the beginning the service is terrible there and I should of went somewhere else so now my insurance pays another company to detail my vechicle and I am in a rental again More
