Not Helpful, go somewhere else! Brought in my Ford Fiesta because the immobilizer light is on while driving. They saw the problem, and said they "cleared a code." With diagnostic and two new CR2032 batteries it came to $250, at no less than $9/battery! I started the car, and the problem is still there. They wrote that the car's battery is dead, but no mention of it verbally or as a potential source of the issue while at the dealer. I am glad they didn't offer to change it, because it would have cost me thousands probably. I was not impressed and would not recommend them. More

Great Service Took my F 150 in to have the rear sliding window serviced as it would not close every time. First time user of Ford's Service center I just purchased a new vehicle from Ford and this was my first experience with the service department. Telling me that I needed to bring in my car during the week and with my work schedule that to me was impossible, but if there is a will there is a way. Fiona the lady told me about my engine problems said that I could drop my car off at 6:15 am and they could cab me to work an shuttle me back. This was in fact what happened but Monday there was another leak so they arranged for me to have a rental. Love ford and there customer service is top notch. More
