I bought a base model lancer from this dealership last nov. What a mistake. I work at a dealership now, and because of that I now know how many crooked things these people did. For starters, they drop shipped the warranty, told me the only way the bank would approve the loan is with a 4k warranty, so I got it. Funnily enough the vehicle still had drive train warranty so I didn’t even need it. Drop shipping is a very illegal sales tactic btw. They didn’t detail or clean the car even though I paid for a delivery clean, they js gave me some voucher, told me to come back within the month to get the car detailed. Even though they were well aware that I lived in Red Deer, btw the voucher expired in a month. They tried to charge me $600 for a block heater, telling me my car didn’t have one. It did. They tried to charge me $500 for brand new mats, which I turned down, and then get this, they pulled the already existing mats out of the vehicle and sold me the car without mats. And the way I know that is because the car was never detailed, you could see the imprint on where the mats had been. They turned the bass off on the speakers to hide that the bass in the car was blown. All the speakers sound terrible because of it. And Mitsubishi wants thousands of dollars to replace them. Not even 2 months of owning the car, and the engine is high revving, it has really bad blow by, and is burning oil like crazy, I was adding nearly a litre of oil every 2ish weeks. They also didn’t disclose that the vehicle was sold with an after market muffler, so when I went to get work done, I had to hunt for photos to prove that the muffler was on the car originally so Mitsubishi would honour the warranty. Genuinely I wonder how a dealership even runs like this? Ig their business model is preying off of people who don’t know better, and pray that AMVIC doesn’t find them? Either way, do not buy from these scammers. Save your money or go elsewhere. More
Another fantastic experience at Northside Mitsubishi! Although we left the brand this time and bought used, they treated us just as when we bought our new Outlander from them! Tyson showed us a couple of trucks early in the year in -40 (Sorry Tyson) but ended waiting to find the right one. He picked up where we left off, and got the deal done!! No pressure or xx! Dawson squeezed us in to a PILE of deals he was working on, and got us in and out super quickly! We appreciate everyone's hard work there, and will return again in the future for a 3rd time. More

Even after I called and explained the fact that myself and my toddler are extremely allergic to dust, pollen and bacteria that generally hangs in the air. I cannot drive around without my windows down due to a heatwave. These people are heartless, do not do business with them unless you want to be treated like garbage. I am a human being and so is my child. We matter. I’m wondering if you would treat us this way if we weren’t people of colour? I’ll get my AC fixed on my own but be rest assured I will not be letting this go. More

Kept swapping parts from one vehicle and still nothing fixed. Now vehicle stayed for three days without any result. The sad part of it they don't give you a replacement till they get it fixed. I Kept using Uber for my family trips costing me a lot . Now my friend who advised me to choose Toyota Hybrid for the same price is Loughling loudly. My advice avoid this crab and choose another reliable brand and service. More

I have never been so disappointed. I bought a brand new 2022 outlander fully loaded. I was driving down the highway and a chrome piece that is attached to the back smaller window flew I bought a brand new 2022 outlander fully loaded. I was driving down the highway and a chrome piece that is attached to the back smaller window flew off. Mitsubishi is REFUSING to cover this under warranty. This is completely unacceptable. They want to charge me 1400 plus labour to have it replaced. THIS IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT!!!! They are telling me because I don't have the chrome piece they can do a proper investigation to claim warranty. Where along the highway would you like me to go and find this missing piece that FLEW off of my vehicle? This is the first time I have ever bought a brand new vehicle and the service that I've gotten from mitsubishi regarding this matter has destroyed any joy I have had from purchasing a brand new vehicle. DO NOT BUY FROM MITSUBISHI. When your vehicle starts to fall apart and believe me it will They will do what ever they possibly can to get out of warranty. More
