I bought a $40,000 BMW with winter tires with the promise of getting summer rims and tires. When I received the rims a week after the deal the rear tires were bold and the front had a bulge in the side wall. of getting summer rims and tires. When I received the rims a week after the deal the rear tires were bold and the front had a bulge in the side wall. I went back to deal ship and they have pretty much ignored me and not replaced the tires. They want to replace the tires with cheap tires and want me to cover 75% of the bill. More

I should have read the writing on the wall, I ignored the bad reviews of this dealership and booked anyways... PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF. DON'T MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE! North Side Mitsubishi service department is s bad reviews of this dealership and booked anyways... PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF. DON'T MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE! North Side Mitsubishi service department is shameful! Booked my 48,000km service for 8am and dropped my vehicle off the night before. Showed up the next day to pick up my vehicle at 1pm. It hadn't even been started yet!?!? What is the point of booking an appointment? I was very clear when I booked my appointment that I needed first thing in the morning because I am from out of town (I also was sure to book 2 weeks in advance!). I left without getting my vehicle serviced after sharing my disgust with the service manager. The service manager only game me excuses as to why others took priority over my vehicle and that it would be done by 430pm. I am very disappointed with their service, never to book here again. More
In June 2011 I traded in a 2005 SRT-10 Ram to buy a new 2011 EvoX. I first met Kenn (sales guy) he took me out for a test drive which went well. We talked prices of the trade in and of the new car. Everyth 2011 EvoX. I first met Kenn (sales guy) he took me out for a test drive which went well. We talked prices of the trade in and of the new car. Everything went well with him, prices were exactly what I wanted. Had a conversation with him and a tech at the dealership of why I was trading in my truck. I mentioned a few reasons and one of them being the transmission was start to slip in second gear. I been quoted $550 for parts and $1300 for labour at a Dodge Dealership. So I told Kenn and Kelly (finance manager) that I wanted the 3m rock gaurd protection on the front bumper, hood, fenders and mirrors of my car. The day came to pick my car up and first thing I noticed was on the hood was done for the 3m rock gaurd. Although my bill of sale was showing i waa being charged $600 for it (Northside mitsubishi charges $160 for just the hood, $700 for the fender, hood, bumper and mirros) So the next day I go back and talk to Kelly, she claims thats all I was entitled to but to make me happy they would give me a paint protection and undercoating for free. I didnt want it, so she got Brian (sales manager). He told me the same thing and offerd me the same deal, I denied it, I wanted what I was being charged for. So Brian called Patt (general manager) He said the same thing, that I wasnt entitled to the full package and he would give me the paint protection for free. So basically they are charging me $600 but only did $160 worth of work, so they were stealing $440 from me. Patt and myself kept arguing, he then started swearing at me and left the office. I told Kelly I would be back with a lawyer. 5 mins later they agree'd to do the whole front end like I wanted (funny how I lawyer and they do what I was asking). So 2 days later I got the car back. Looked over the work quickly, noticed some minor issues but was still upset I didnt want to deal with them anymore. Also noticed the fenders were not fully done, only 1 little corner (approx 1/2"sq) Few weeks later after detailing my car for a local car show I noticed some major issues. 1. Bumper wasnt cleaned prior to 3m tape being allowed, thus leaving bugs under the tape. 2.poor cuts all around the tape 3. Spots not covered as it should be, pieces to small and not fitting correctly. 4. tech used a razor knife to cut the tape, in 2 spots he cut 2 deep and cut the paint all the way to the plastic of the bumper. I went back to the dealership and talked to Garret (service manager) Showed him the issues and ask if the dealership will pay a shop I trust to re-do the work. He said no, since they had their own tech it made no sence. I told him "your tech just damaged my front bumper on a brand new $40,000 car, you guys are not getting anywheres near my car again" While I was there Brian came up to me and asked if I knew about the issues with the transmission on the SRT-10 I traded in. I said "yes and i told Kenn, why?" he said "We just got a bill from Great West Chrysler for a $8000 bill to repair the transmission" I laughed right away soon as I heard that. I knew right away what they were planning on doing. I quickly told Brian "I told Kenn the issue, you took the truck for a test drive and didnt even feel the transmission slipping, you signed off on the track that it was in good condition. Dont even think about using this as leverage to not re-do my 3m tape" He said "no we arent planning on doing that but the truck just got out of the shop at the dodge dealership and they spent $8000 fixing the transmission" I left the dealership and went to Great West Chrysler. Looked around, no sign of the truck. Talked to a sales manager, service manager and the techs that worked on the truck. Only work they did was a safety inspection. No work or work order was ever made for the transmission. The truck was inspected then sent to ADESSA for auction. They even showed me the information on the computer of all the work on the truck, last input besides the safety inspection was when I brought the truck to Derrick Dodge to get the AC recharged. I went home, made a complaint with AMVIC. 3 days ago (October 6th 2011) The peace officer called to inform me that they cant fine the dealership due to poor craftsmenship. However if I made the complaint when they first stole my money with only doing the hood, they would have been fined) So I went to Northside Mitsubishi to see if the warrenty on the 3m would cover me going to another dealership. Garret informed me that my warrenty was revoked. I was then brought to see Patt (GM) he told me that since I made a complaint with AMVIC they are no longer doing "good will" for me. I'm sorry but paying for 3m tape to be put on the car also comes with warrenty, that isnt good will thats what im paying for. He then said "you think we are going to re-do your 3m after you made a complaint to try and get us in trouble after you lied to us about the damage on your truck and now its costing us $6000 to fix?) I said "$6000 to fix? I thought it was $8000 and it was already fixed" he said "no, the repairs were never done, the truck couldnt get sold and its costing us $6000 to fix it, which I may sue you for" So now the story has changed that the damage went from $8000 and were done (which Brian told me) to $6000 and wasnt done. And now you they want to sue me for something I told them about and they test drove and signed off on? So I went back to the issue of them trying to steal $440 from me. Patt said that never happend because they EVENTUALLY did the work. And he claimed it was Kelly's (the finance manager) fault. He claimed kelly put on the bill of sale $600 for the rock gaurd but told the tech to only do the hood. So that is why she was fired 2 weeks after I bought my car. If that was the case, why was Kelly, Brian and Patt claiming I was only entitled to the hood? Patt could clearly see I was being charged $600 for the rock gaurd, not $160 that costs for the hood. When i asked him that all he had to say was "thats profit, thats how dealerships make money" so I said "so you steal money, thats how you make money?" he said "its not stealing, thats profit" I guess i missed that class in school where if you paid $600 for work to be done but only $160 worth of work is done, the dealership still gets to keep the other $440. Everytime I talked about my 3m tape he would go back to the truck. He claimed the truck was back at Great West Chrysler waiting for the repairs. So I took a ride down there and requested to speak to the GM. I was asked why and I told them. After 15mins of waiting I was told that apparently I threatend Patt and I am now banned from Northside Mitsubishi and any dealerships associated with the deal, which ment I was also banned from Great West Chryler and I was then asked to leave. Patt has a way of turning words around. Last thing I said to him was "man with the way you do buisness and steal money from people, im surprised no one has knocked you out" He turned that into "ill be back to knock you the xxxx out". Just like he twisted stealing money into "thats profit" One thing I found out before I left, the truck wasnt at Great West Chrysler, it was sold 2 months ago when I first went there. So the $8000 bill never existed and neither did the $6000 bill, which Patt told the Peace Officer about. Patt told the Peace Officer that I knew that transmission was slipping, I never told them about it and now its costing them $6000 to fix. All this because of $600-700 worth of 3m tape. All this because they wanted to try and steal $440 from me but I caught them. Bottom line is Northside Mitsubishi is a bunch of thieves. More
