Dear Kress. I apologize for your poor experience at North Side Mitsubishi. I have investigated the situation from start to finish and once again I apologize that at time of delivery your sales person did not walk you through the manufacturer required maintenance program. Had your sales person walked you through what was required for maintenance by Mitsubishi in order to keep your warranty, they would have explained to you that your service wasn't only an oil change, but a complete inspection of all of the wear and tear items to ensure that your vehicle was running and peak and safe capacity. As far as the lifetime oil changes goes, all of the information about how you qualify to keep the program was clearly stated on the paperwork that you signed, as well as written on the "Lifetime Oil Change" card that you currently have. It is not uncommon for dealerships to require all scheduled maintenance to be done in the same location as the lifetime free oil changes so that we can keep all of your service records in one place should you ever need them. As you have stated, we have reached out to you a few times to try and resolve the situation, and have even went as far as offering a service credit to make good for your poor experience. However from our perspective we have tried to go above and beyond at an attempt to try and retain your business and better your experience with our store. At this point I believe that we have in fact done everything we can to help you. The Credit will be still valid for you should you change your mind and want to accept it. If there is anything else I or we can do, please do not hesitate to reach out to myself directly. Corey Pearson
