Worst Mitsu Dealer. Do not buy from this dealer..REGRETFULL! I own a 2013 lancer gt and wants to trade in for a 2015 ralliart and only northside mitsu in Edmonton has a some stocks so I have no choice but to g I own a 2013 lancer gt and wants to trade in for a 2015 ralliart and only northside mitsu in Edmonton has a some stocks so I have no choice but to go with Northside mitsu. Two months ago I accompanied my nephew to Westside mitsu to pick up a used 2010 lancer and they were very straight forward and nice people. Last July 1, we went to Northside mitsu and check those ralliarts. The next day we came back to negotiate the price and Mitch Buban,the general manager, gave me a deal and my son gave me his $1,000 to deposit on the ralliart because that time I don't have money for the deposit and promised him that I will pay him back. Mitch told me "I will not allow my customer to leave my store unhappy "so I left the dealership very satisfied. I came back on July 3 (Friday) to sign the final deal with the finance manager Wes Denis and he told me that my ralliart is ready the next day with alarm installed, detailed and undercoat. He also told me that I will be receiving a check for mitsu's two months payment deal and I said that it is great so I can use that money to pay my son' back. I called my insurance company to buy a policy and at the same time to cancel the insurance on my gt that i was trading in. I was very excited the next day but Wes told me that they can’t deliver the car because they forgot the schedule and since it was Saturday, he said they will deliver the car on Monday. I told him it’s not gonna happen because I need the car today because my gt has no more insurance. I called my sales person, Sharise and she said that the car was still in the parking lot undone. They washed the car immediately and delivered it to my house with no alarm and undercoat and they said they gonna pick it up on Monday to install the alarm and undercoat and detailing. When I was installing the license plate I noticed they did not put holes on the bumper so I can’t install it and I don't have a car to use for two days. I borrowed a car from my brother for two days. I was really disappointed with this dealership because they are nice at first then once they sold you a car, they will leave you in the air. They picked up the car on Monday and Sharise delivered it on Tuesday but then again another issue, no manual and the engine and sides trunks were very dirty . I texted Shaise about the dirt and showed her the photos and she told me to get a rug and cleaned it and I was very disappointed of her answer. Also Sharise did not tell me that the ralliart only comes with 5 years power train warranty, I thought it was the same as my gt with 10 years. If I knew I will not trade in my gt. I spoke to her about it and she said I should know about it and this proves that she does not have enough information on the car that she was selling. Again, I'm really unhappy and not satisfied with this people. Last week I emailed Wes twice to follow up about the check but he did not answer. Yesterday he phoned me and he said that I'm not qualified because I'm on the 96 months. He did not think first before he offered it to the customer and was so stupid to promise a customer for the second time. My son was really mad because he is expecting that money so I need that check that was promised to me by the finance manager that knows nothing. If I can return the car I'm willing to do it because I don't want to make business with these stupid people that wasted my time. Terrible. Took my 27009 Lancet. In for a key replacement because i lost my key. Service department said i customized my factory ignition and therefore they coul Took my 27009 Lancet. Service department said i customized my factory ignition and therefore they couldn't replace my key and they needed to remove my ignition and replace it. As well they said my door locks had been changed and they couldn't match the key to the door lock tumblers. Had to replace both door locks.Cost almost a 1000 dollars for a new key. Completely unacceptable. Do not ever go to this dealership they will rip you off and the service department is obviously completely clueless. DO NOT RECOMEND! !!! More

I'm overall happy with the service provide, and will chalk up my bad experience as a rare occurrence. More
Friendly Customer Service! I dealt with Liam and Dakota, I have to say they did a wonderful job getting me what I wanted for the price I wanted. Not informative on financial options I recently purchased a vehicle from them after I have been doing car shopping for weeks. So I was exhausted and ready to buy anything with a decent pr I recently purchased a vehicle from them after I have been doing car shopping for weeks. So I was exhausted and ready to buy anything with a decent price. I found out that they have a special deal on the internet which is 3000 dollar lower than the MSRP. So I was interested and went in for a test drive. They asked my what I want my monthly payment to be so we can have a deal. I told them that I am going to pay cash and would only consider finance if interest rate is 0% or 0.9%. They directly told me that the interest rate would depends on my credit, which means 5-7%. Then they told me that if I choose to finance, I can pay the bank off at any moment so it is the same as paying cash, but I get a $500 debate. So I was OK with it. I paid my deposit and agreed to get the car the next day. The next day I found out from Mitsubishi Canada website that they are having 0% financing! I was sooo angry as they didn't mention anything about 0% financing to me. Why would I choose to pay cash if I can get 0% for 5 years. So I called, they told me that I can't get 0% financing because I got the special online price! I asked them what my interest rate is instead, they said 6.2%, but guaranteed that I don't have to pay anything when I pay them out...but ignored to mention the 60 dollar fee to start the financing and the 35 dollar to close the finance. If they told me this earlier, I would throw them a check so I don't have to deal with the financial just to get the 500 rebate. In this case I probably saved 200 bucks overall if I am lucky. Totally pissed. I also understand that they don't have to give my anything as a gift with my new car purchase but all the other person I know got floor mats or fuel card or cups and one of my friend even got a watch. I asked them to give me floor mats and they said no, I asked them to give me a free oil change, they said no. They said that they didn't make any money off my purchase, but I bought the extended warranty for 2500 and the paint protection stuff for 600, from which they make a ton of profit. I got my vehicle in to have the paint protection on and here I go will never deal with this dealer ever again! More
Good customer service doesn't make up for price I went to the nearest dealership after moving to Alberta because I didn't know of any other place really. Not only did they charge 50% more than the garage near my house for the assessment, they also charged 50% more for fixing whatever needed to be fixed on the car (which according to my new mechanice, doesn't need to get fixed right now). They are very polite and courteous, but at the end of the day, they're not in the smiles business, they're in the car business. More
