I have never been so disappointed. I bought a brand new 2022 outlander fully loaded. I was driving down the highway and a chrome piece that is attached to the back smaller window flew I bought a brand new 2022 outlander fully loaded. I was driving down the highway and a chrome piece that is attached to the back smaller window flew off. Mitsubishi is REFUSING to cover this under warranty. This is completely unacceptable. They want to charge me 1400 plus labour to have it replaced. THIS IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT!!!! They are telling me because I don't have the chrome piece they can do a proper investigation to claim warranty. Where along the highway would you like me to go and find this missing piece that FLEW off of my vehicle? This is the first time I have ever bought a brand new vehicle and the service that I've gotten from mitsubishi regarding this matter has destroyed any joy I have had from purchasing a brand new vehicle. DO NOT BUY FROM MITSUBISHI. When your vehicle starts to fall apart and believe me it will They will do what ever they possibly can to get out of warranty. More

Noah,Dominic,Naomi and Liam are all great staff to deal with. I have dealt with many dealership sales staff over the years but none as friendly with great customer satisfaction. Noah was my sales associate and he did an amazing job answering any and all questions I had about our new 2023 Eclipse cross. Graydon was our finance associate and he helped us any and everything regardi answering any and all questions I had about our new 2023 Eclipse cross. Graydon was our finance associate and he helped us any and everything regarding our financing. I told him exactly what parameters I needed to make sure this deal would go through and he bent over backwards to make sure those parameters were met and in some cases exceeded. Overall this dealership is one of the best my wife and I have ever dealt with in a 30-plus years we've been buying vehicles.
