My husband and I needed a new car last year and to northland Hyundai, we couldn't exactly what we wanted but they worked hard to make us happy and put My husband and I needed a new car last year and to northland Hyundai, we couldn't exactly what we wanted but they worked hard to make us happy and put us in a new car which we didn't expect. All year the looked at deals to get us into our dream car and when they had the deal and the car we wanted they called us and saved us money and got us into a 2014 Elantra. We could not be happier with how they bent over backwards to make us happy, everyone at the dealership is incredibly kind and friendly it was an overall great experience. More

Unbelievable AGAIN! Approximately 10 days ago I made a phone call to Mario, we had previously dealt with him at another dealership, and was excited to find out that he no Approximately 10 days ago I made a phone call to Mario, we had previously dealt with him at another dealership, and was excited to find out that he now the dealer princpal at Northland Hyundai. I expressed our need for a specific type of vehicle, within a day he called back with good news - he found what we wanted and had it available. He put us in touch with Chris, the Sales Manager, and Chris was able to have the vehicle customized to meet our needs in a matter of a couple of days. We made the trip from our home in the Shuswap to Prince George explicitly to purchase this vehicle. When we arrived at Northland Hyundai we could immediately see Mario's influence in the Sales Staff's attitude and demeanor. Mario introduced us to several of the staff and turned us over to Chris to complete the sale of the vehicle. The Business Manager we dealt with was Phillipe, he was very knowledgeable in "all the extras" and gave us excellent advice. This is the seventh, yes 7th, vehicle we have purchased through Mario in 5 years. I can assure you it won't be the last! If you are even remotely considering a new vehicle I suggest you contact Northland Hyundai - even if it's not a Hyundai product you are looking for - we are very happy with our Dodge Ram 3500! We met Taylor then and, when a week later my current vehicle needed major repair work, he is the one we went back to to buy a 2014 Hyundai SantaFe XL. Taylor is excellent at helping you find the vehicle that is right for you and your needs. He is so great that we went back in August with my brother, who bought a used 2013 Ford Focus, and again in September when we bought a used 2012 F350 for our company!
