Northland Hyundai has removed the engine and been in possession of our 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe since May 2, 2013. Now sitting at 140 days. They refuse to honour the New Vehicle Warranty as per our contra possession of our 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe since May 2, 2013. Now sitting at 140 days. They refuse to honour the New Vehicle Warranty as per our contract from September 2009 when we purchased the vehicle new from them. They refuse to reimburse expenses we have paid that are covered under the Warranty and have been confirmed by Hyundai Canada. They continue to fail in offering any solutions to repair our vehicle and have left the process up to us to deal with Hyundai Canada directly. Our costs continue to mount and their reply is "to bad but it can not come out of our pocket". More
