Some were a bit "salesman-ish" which I didn't care for, but my salesman was great. Not pushy, he just wanted to get me the car I liked. It was a pretty easy sale for him - I found the car I wanted and they brought it in from another Hyundai dealership (not within their dealer group) so I ended up overpaying, but the heart wants what the heart wants. My salesman (Chris) was polite friendly and personable, he introduced himself and asked if I was interested in a vehicle on the lot and what I was looking for. We came in knowing what we wanted he was prompt in getting the vehicle we wanted ready for a test drive...Answered all my questions promptly and quickly ...was very knowledgeable, and the answers he didn't know he answered them all by the time I was back from my test drive. He asked what I found wrong when I got back...and assured me that they would take care of all that we found wrong with it .He got the code from Honda for the security in the vehicle. I would refer your business and Chris too anyone who is in the market for a vehicle...your finance officer was very professional and explained every aspect of finance and all security, tire and disability insurance available and terms of the loan and what too expect.
