My salesman (Chris) Hi my name is Chris Estabrooks. My experience at your dealership was one of relaxation, professionalism and a friendly atmosphere. My salesman (Chris) was polite friendly and personable, he introduced himself and asked if I was interested in a vehicle on the lot and what I was looking for. We came in knowing what we wanted he was prompt in getting the vehicle we wanted ready for a test drive...Answered all my questions promptly and quickly ...was very knowledgeable, and the answers he didn't know he answered them all by the time I was back from my test drive. He asked what I found wrong when I got back...and assured me that they would take care of all that we found wrong with it .He got the code from Honda for the security in the vehicle. I would refer your business and Chris too anyone who is in the market for a vehicle...your finance officer was very professional and explained every aspect of finance and all security, tire and disability insurance available and terms of the loan and what too expect. They also have onsite insurance as well .Would recommend northland Hyundai too everyone I know ...thanks too all for a great experience!!!! And was nice of Mario too come and introduce himself More

Determined to make a sale! Jesi work very hard to meet me half way, finding the right vehicle at the best price. I appreciated that he recognized I had done my research and knew Jesi work very hard to meet me half way, finding the right vehicle at the best price. I appreciated that he recognized I had done my research and knew what I wanted in a new car. He was friendly, knowledgable in regards to his product and the others I had looked at. He did not try and discredit the other makes and actually acknowledge some of their strengths. He listens to his potential client and works hard to make a sale that leaves both the client and dealer feeling like winners. More

We've bought our fourth car here! Over the years we have bought one van, one car, one SUV and we've just purchased our first truck from Northland Hyundai. We have changed our vehicles to meet our growing family's needs over the years and have had a great experience each time we've visited be it for sales, warranty or service needs. The team at Northland Hyundai always seems to go the extra mile to make sure we get what we need done each time. An extra thanks goes out to our sales man, Taylor Bye, who did a great job during our test drive and negotiations right up to our departure with our truck. I would also like to send a big thank you to our finance man Philippe Vachon, who over the years has gone above and beyond to make sure our financial needs have been met every time. Chris Vigue made sure that he gave us the best deal possible on our trade in to purchase our truck. Over all, I would think that one would be hard pressed to find a team who stands together and upholds a sense of commitment, customer service and loyalty to getting things done right the way the way the team at Northland Hyundai does.
