Even though we experienced a mix up at the dealer level about picking up our car, Robbie worked hard to try and get things settled as quickly as possible, including delivering our car to us 1.5 hours away. He is very friendly and outgoing and we would certainly recommend him to help you purchase a vehicle. We were, however, quite disappointed with the manager who was involved due to the mix up. He did not help things get sorted in any kind of a timely manner, which he could have, We found his mannerisms unprofessional and at times condescending. More

I made one phone call to Deanna, told her what I wanted, what my budget was and she was off and running. We did the initial deal over txt and phone and come Saturday we were able to walk in, trade our current vehicle (for a very fair value) and all we had to do was sign papers. We ran into a bit of an odd situation that was very unexpected but it was handled quickly and with professionalism. I love my new car and had a much less seamless experience than I expected! More
