His honesty has always been appreciated and his personality is heartwarming. Since 2003 we have bought 6 vehicles through Chris or the dealership he is at! The dealership should truly appreciate this man as part of the management team. The dealership is always customer focused and welcoming whether I'm coming in for a new(er) vehicle or coming in for servicing. I have referred this dealership to many friends and family. He has also given me suggestions for taking care of my vehicle over and beyond just "service". He has a great sense of humor and whether it's the computer or not, he remembers and calls clients by their name, even if it is someone like me who is only there twice a year.
