I had a completely different experience here, Deanna made me feel comfortable and helped me through the 'experience' from beginning to end, thanks D! Chris is also a great to work with and was eager to work out a fair deal including helping me with some research on other vehicles, this guy rocks! I also had the pleasure of meeting Mario whom you can tell runs this dealership integrity, really positive great guy. Kevin and Andrew in parts found me some awesome new tires for my ride, and DJ also gave me a ride home and went over some of the other details of the RAM. Everyone was great! I don't write many reviews, usually only when I get a bad experience somewhere, but I wanted to share the positive experience I had here. In the end I'm sitting with a smoking deal on a great used Ram and going back tomorrow for free hot dogs to thank the staff again. More

The respect we were given and the trade-in we received were primary in our decision to deal on the purchase of our new Santa Fe Sport. The transfer of our personal effects from our traded in vehicle to our new Santa Fe at our home was relaxing and Michael was very helpful. It is never easy buying a new vehicle, but, the friendliness and respect of Michael, Chris, Marlaine and Phillipe made it enjoyable. More

Beware of hidden charges Be aware of their 'last minute' charges, for fixing seat tears; tire/rim replacement and vehicle VIN protection program. This is above and beyond the normal protection services - undercoating; corrosion plan, etc. They only provide the cost of these packages as they give you the final paperwork to sign. Although they have explained each of the packages, they imply that it is part of the purchase price. It is not. I asked specifically if these programs were optional and was told that 'everyone gets it'. Just because other people get it doesn't mean it is mandatory. The dealership gets 4 stars because of what they did afterwards. When I received my follow-up phone call, I expressed my disappointment with the sales process, and requested that I be refunded for those plans that I did not want. They did provide me with a rebate. More

Amazing people, amazing customer service Every visit has been great, but one in particular stands out for me. Back in March, I was in the dealership at 7:45 am for a service appointment at 1 Every visit has been great, but one in particular stands out for me. Back in March, I was in the dealership at 7:45 am for a service appointment at 10 am, to get a recall looked after. I was waiting for the shuttle to drive me to my meeting, when the service guy said they could do the work right away - would I want that? Yes of course! Then I started ruminating about 'now I need money for parking", having spent the cash I had on me. The fellow standing beside me (turns out it was Mario - the AGM), handed me a $20 bill! said no strings attached, Wow!! I like that kind of service!! So, recently, when we wanted to buy a used car, we went straight to Hyundai and were treated like family (or maybe better). These people know their business and treat their customers so well; I will continue to buy vehicles from them. More
