Service took too long I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle, but servicing is terrible. I got the "Northern Package" for my vehicle and they forgot to install I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle, but servicing is terrible. I got the "Northern Package" for my vehicle and they forgot to install the block heater, so I had to go back and get that done. My partner also bought a car from them with the same "Northern Package" and they forgot to install his mudflaps, so we had to go back again for that one. We had to get one of the cars FOB reprogrammed, we made an appointment at 8:00am, because we had an 8 hour drive to do that day. They said it would take an hour, and it took 2 and a half hours. No apologies about the time delay or anything. I was very frustrated. More
