Great team, great product Salesperson (Eduardo) was well-formed, courteous & very helpful. Marlaine in finance was friendly, thorough and accommodating. Management was able to respond to my concerns in a timely manner. The service team had the vehicle detailed, prepped and a deflector installed in less than an hour. Great job. More
Good Bang for your Buck! I test drove a few vehicles before I bought my Tuscon from Northland Hyundai. Even though I did have another favorite from Nissan I chose Hyundai agai I test drove a few vehicles before I bought my Tuscon from Northland Hyundai. Even though I did have another favorite from Nissan I chose Hyundai again because it came out on top for pricing for me. I am a repeat customer so my deal was even better. Caring Staff goes along way. I love my new 2016 Tuscon Ultimate. I just drove to Prince Rupert and back and it was really an amazing, luxury ride. More
2009 Hyundai Santa Fe I just had a horrible service experience at Northland Hyundai. My battery light started turning on in my car, so I took it in immediately to get check I just had a horrible service experience at Northland Hyundai. My battery light started turning on in my car, so I took it in immediately to get checked and they basically told me that a faulty valve cover gasket that they had replaced under warranty less than two years ago, had leaked oil all over my alternator and destroyed it. The guy admitted to my husband that they had faulty valve gasket caps that they had used when they did the work less than two years ago, but they only warranty their work for one year, so because they used a poor quality part that took a little over a year to destroy my alternator none of it would be covered. So I was billed $994 because they did awful work using a faulty part the first time and wreaked another part of my car. This is the third valve cover gasket I have had to have replaced on my 6 year old Santa Fe that only has 86,000 km on it, which shows me their engine parts are poor quality and not at all reliable. Every time I go in there they try to sell me a new vehicle but with the issues I have had with my current Hyundai product and poor servicing, I will not be buying a new Hyundai and would never recommend this dealership to family or friends. I will be so glad once I get rid of the current lemon I have and don't have to deal with this dealership ever again. More
