Horrible service About a year ago I purchased a 2013 f-150 which was a very expensive vehicle after taxes and warranty. When I bought the truck it had some dirt on it so they offerd to detail it in a week so I brought it back left it for the day a returned to a clean truck coverd from top to bottom with scratches not just fine ones but very noticeable circular scratches that were obviously caused by a very dirty brushes being used on my truck. They offerd to send it to a detail place I let them after one wash the wax was gone truck still looks like crap. I sent back asking for a actuall fix they offerd nothing but telling me I was wrong it had the scratches when I bought it etc not true. recently I brought my truck in to be serviced while in their care a 220 dollar adjustable drop hitch was stolen from my truck they offerd no reparation or even a apology they did not check their cameras or generally care at all, on top of that they kept my truck for a week which costs me 500 dollars for a rental truck in the meantime thinking it would be fixed I kept calling leaving messages no reply finally someone answers in the service dept to tell me they had not done a thing because they did not have the key to remove lugs on my rims and did not know if I wanted to pay for a new one but never thought to call me . Long story short horrible service dept terrible detailers complete lack if care of helping customers and working to keep them happy I don't not recommend ever buying a vehicle from this dealership More

I was never made to feel like I wasn't worth the time spent on. Everyone was so pleasant and willing help me out and actually have a conversation with me. I was also very impressed with them sending a Service/ Delivery fellow to come and pick me up and bring me to PG to write up my deal. All in all I WILL and already have recommended Northland Hyundai and Joel Liddicoat for future sales and to my friends. They have my vote for Dealership of 2016 for sure. I went in once just to shop around and he was very good at explaining the differences and similarities between the makes and their benefits. Following my visit, he followed up with a phone call to see how my car shopping was going. Thanks to his phone call and efforts I actually kept them in mind as a candidate. I went in the following week to shop around again, he once again was very enthusiastic, knowledgable and friendly. I told him what I was looking for and we were able to find a suitable car meeting all the criteria I had laid out for him. I ended up buying a car that day, it was quite late by the time all the financial details were squared away (Philippe Vachon and Micheal Cassie were great in this area, would recommend them for financial advice). Joseph however, stayed by my side until the bitter end. Poor guy was there for three extra hours after closing ensuring that the car was clean, insured and ready to go for me! Overall, Joseph is fantastic and knows his stuff, I would highly recommend him. More

We payed what we wanted, and got the extras we wanted. After we purchased, we find some slight variances with what had been implied during negotiation and 'sales pitching', we had some miscommunication on installing a remote starter (which was part of the deal). We are slightly disappointed in what has come in the 2-3 weeks after purchasing because of miscommunication between sales and service staff. Sales staff telling us one thing, and service staff telling us another. What was a fantastic car buying experience has been clouded by mediocre service in weeks after purchase. More

My salesman was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative and didnt try to sway me away from what I was looking for. I explained to him what I wanted and he met my expectations and more. The finance manager did everything he could to get me into a payment that was comfortable for me, with all of the extras I asked for. Overall I have nothing negative to say about my experience at Northland Hyundai. Wow guys thanks again! More

Jesi Janjua was the sales person that ass I recently purchased my very first vehicle, a 2016 Tucson, from Northland Hyundai and I couldn't be happier. Jesi Janjua was the sales person that assisted me and he was absolutely fantastic. I felt that I hardly had to ask questions because he was already flowing with information about the vehicles. I believe it is important to show confidence in your work; especially in sales and a customer service area, because it makes the buyer comfortable that the person assisting knows what they're talking about. I happily received this from Jesi and felt confident buying my vehicle from him. It was a nice feeling to walk into the dealership and see plenty of smiling faces eager to help or even just grab you a glass of water to make your visit more comfortable. Every detail was thoroughly gone over so there were no misunderstandings and we were able to find a vehicle and payment plan that worked best for me and what I like. Excellent job. Cheers More
