Adam was excellent in showing us the various features of the RAV 4 Hybrid 2021 Toyota when we got it back in May 2021. and Ive driven this car from day 1 and can you tell you that its probably the most und the RAV 4 Hybrid 2021 Toyota when we got it back in May 2021. and Ive driven this car from day 1 and can you tell you that its probably the most underrated best car in the market! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. Highly unethical and unlawful practices. Knowing that they had the last 3 Tundra's in the province they forced me into financing and said I couldn't pay it off for 6 mont unlawful practices. Knowing that they had the last 3 Tundra's in the province they forced me into financing and said I couldn't pay it off for 6 months. Which I later found out is a lie because all of Toyota new car loans are open loans that can be paid off the next day, but after the 6 month mark the dealership gets a certain financial return (or bonus) from the loan. I had already placed a deposit on the vehicle on the weekend over the phone. I wanted to pay cash but was pushed into financing the truck. I went in today to finalize the deal and sign the paperwork. I asked them to put into writing that I had to finance the vehicle and that the vehicle loan term doesn't allow me to pay off the loan for 6 months. The sales person, manager and Owner, Kevin Laurie, had three separate meetings in Mr. Laurie's office when I began to complain about the forced financing. When I asked them to put into writing that part of the condition of purchasing the vehicle was the forced financing and the forced term they had their third meeting behind closed doors in the owners office. Then all of the sudden they told me that the car was sold, which was an obvious lie. When I asked about purchasing one of the other two on the lot they said they were sold as well. What they are doing is absolutely criminal and highly unethical. Go to another Toyota dealer, don't give these criminals your business. More
