He was professional in every way and was the reason we returned to this dealership after visiting a few others. Tim Nadeau, General Manager (also exceptional) is lucky to have him on their Kia North Edmonton team because he is what makes this dealership different from the others nearby. Don deserves recognition for his efforts and hard work. More kudos go to Joe, Service Manager for his warm welcome and effort to give us confidence in his Service Centre.
