Not only was he kind, funny and cheerful, he was knowledgeable about the product and gave off the non-pressure vibe. These where qualities my husband and I where looking for. Once we narrowed down what we wanted we got to meet Fred. Fred was patient and personable, we liked him even though he is a Montreal Canadians fan. We also where introduced to Paul who took time to come meet with us and make sure we where comfortable and looked after. Paul was also amazing with our 21 month old daughter while paper work was being completed. Lastly we met with Khristian who was such a pleasure. Never felt like we where a bother even when our daughter was starting to loose her 3 min attention span. He was very detailed and answered any questions we had, even if they had been answered a few times. If you are looking for No-stress or pressure, welcoming atmosphere, a few laughs and a great vehicle this is the place you need to visit. More

We were disappointed as we had been to that dealership in the past when we bought our first Kia. We decided to try North Edmonton Kia and it was like night and day compared to the other dealership. Marc and Paul were wonderful to deal with- we got the exact model we were looking for, fair trade-in value for our old Santa Fe, and a great price on our new Sorrento. We also got our starter installed before we picked it up so we didn't have to make additional trips to the dealership to get it done. All in all, we had a fantastic experience. We will most definitely be back when it's time to trade in my old Kia! Thanks to Marc, Paul and team! More
