Easy, helpful, honest i was so happy with the team helping me find what is best for me instead of just trying to close the first sale they could find. They all took time to explain things I didn't understand. Easily accessible by text, phone and email. I felt like they were helpful, kind, and honest. There was no hassel with my husbands treaty card which was awesome cause my brother-in-law had that issue at another dealership. They all called to follow-up with me regarding the vehicle and financial things. I got a couple post emails and calls to make sure things were still going great. Marc was very kind and helpful with with actually getting the vehicle and following up ahead of time so that when I got there things were smooth sailing. Khristian was awesome at finance part, helped me understanding therefore making our decisions easier to make. Paul helped me feel comfortable at the very beginning by assuring me that this would be the best vehicle for me for my circumstances. I did not feel from other dealerships. I always felt they wanted to sell my whatever my first interest was and not what was best for me. When there was a small problem like the gas tank not being full, Marc got on it right away so that I would leave the lot with a full tank in the new vehicle. I get very nervous with big purchases and I don't have buyers remorse which makes me feel great. More

Best people with the best service I bought my vehicle from here, 2013 Kia Optima LX. I have been here for normal service checks and twice with issues. Last I went, I suspected somethin I bought my vehicle from here, 2013 Kia Optima LX. I have been here for normal service checks and twice with issues. Last I went, I suspected something wrong with my coolant tank. I must say dealing with Amelie is an absolute pleasure. Emails and calls are always answered within reasonable duration. She knows what serving with a smile means. I was pleasantly surprised when I dropped off my car in the morning and received a shining one in the evening. Fred was able to answer all of our questions about the vehicle and explained how to make use of the many options offered in the Sorento. Amazing atmosphere, Wonderful people, No stress Came to North Edmonton Kia looking for a 2015 Kia Sedona for my ever growing family. We where greeted by Donny who is an amazing sales person. Not only was he kind, funny and cheerful, he was knowledgeable about the product and gave off the non-pressure vibe. These where qualities my husband and I where looking for. Once we narrowed down what we wanted we got to meet Fred. Fred was patient and personable, we liked him even though he is a Montreal Canadians fan. We also where introduced to Paul who took time to come meet with us and make sure we where comfortable and looked after. Paul was also amazing with our 21 month old daughter while paper work was being completed. Lastly we met with Khristian who was such a pleasure. Never felt like we where a bother even when our daughter was starting to loose her 3 min attention span. He was very detailed and answered any questions we had, even if they had been answered a few times. If you are looking for No-stress or pressure, welcoming atmosphere, a few laughs and a great vehicle this is the place you need to visit. More

We were disapp My husband and I had visited another Kia dealership in the hopes of purchasing a 2016 Kia Sorento, however, the experience was lacking. We were disappointed as we had been to that dealership in the past when we bought our first Kia. We decided to try North Edmonton Kia and it was like night and day compared to the other dealership. Marc and Paul were wonderful to deal with- we got the exact model we were looking for, fair trade-in value for our old Santa Fe, and a great price on our new Sorrento. We also got our starter installed before we picked it up so we didn't have to make additional trips to the dealership to get it done. All in all, we had a fantastic experience. We will most definitely be back when it's time to trade in my old Kia! Thanks to Marc, Paul and team! More
