I sent him many messages from my cell and he always responded positively and right away. He spent a lot of time researching how Kia North could set up a purchase that met my requirements! The result is that I have a new Rondo which I am enjoying immensely! The rest of the team, Habib, Janika and Kobe were great to work with too. They made me feel valued as a customer! What I really appreciated was the lack of pressure felt , and the fact that I find myself smiling a lot when I think of the whole purchase experience. Good salesman Bobby gave me all information that I need to make my decision on buying my Sportage he was very informative about the vehicle. He was also a very friendly guy and nice to talk to. What I appreciated most is he gave me the information, he was not pushy and let me make a decision. The only downside is I spend more then I wanted. I wish that when you're explaining things to people about warrantees and stuff like that, that you would also tell him how much of a price would change, their over all of the payments. As they are going through the warenty and stuff instead of just explaining the item and not knowing give you prices, but not explaining how it will change the overall price. You do not get the price until you ask or at the end of everything that can be included. I am going to pay more then I wanted, but I do love the vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and sweet. I am sorry with the lower rate for Paul Bessette I do not really remember him very much I think he is the guy that help clear off the vehicle but not sure. More

After I purchased my vehicle, the staff continued to make me feel appreciated and valued. This was a much better experience than any other dealership I have purchased from in the past. More
