Understanding and assistance at difficult time I found damage to my vehicle which I had just purchased a month ago. Sheen, Sales Rep, heard me out and helped me resolve the repair situation. I later realized that my own Service mechanic had checked the vehicle out while installing winter tires and would have noticed such damage. The vehicle was not damaged when I took possession of it from Sheen at the dealership. I was still treated with respect by the dealership and will be back for my next Toyota. More
