Peter in Service is just excellent We had an ongoing problem with low beam headlights and brought our 2019 RAV4 vehicle in for rectification. At first the problem was not solved and it We had an ongoing problem with low beam headlights and brought our 2019 RAV4 vehicle in for rectification. At first the problem was not solved and it appeared that we were stuck with it. After speaking to Peter Kalmo in Service, he decided to take the vehicle home and try out the low beams during the evening hours. He noticed the problem and contacted us the next day to advise that he had taken measures to solve it. He also advised that if it wasn't good enough, we should contact him again for further correction. Peter was very decent to deal with and represented North Bay Toyota in the manner that it should be represented. Thank You Peter More
